Are there any setup fees?
No. Getting set up is free. An optional hardware pack (pre-configured scanner and setup session) is available if you want it, but it is never mandatory.
How does the free trial work?
You get a fourteen-day trial with no card required. You test it on your real customers. If you continue, your subscription starts at the end of the trial.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. Annual offers a lower rate in exchange for a twelve-month commitment. The product is identical either way.
Is the number of loyalty customers capped?
No. Your loyalty customers are unlimited, on every plan. You are never penalised for having a programme that works.
Do you charge per notification?
Never. The push notifications sent to your customers' Wallet are never billed per message on any plan: Essential includes 50 per month, Growth and Pro make them unlimited. It is one of the major advantages of the Wallet approach over SMS, billed on every send.
What happens if I stop?
Your data belongs to you. You export it as a file at any time, and we delete it from our servers on request.
